Note: These pairings make the following assumptions in Week 10, Mountain Crest beats Sky View, Bountiful beats Olympus, Timpview beats Provo and Dixie beats Pine View and Orem beats Mountain View. If Orem beats Mountain View and then Westlake beats Lehi, then Westlake, Timpanogos and Mountain View would all finished tied for the final playoff seed from Region 7.
