Home-court advantage

Without a very vocal or large contingent of Clearfield students in attendance Friday night, Viewmont had no problem heading on the road and opening Region 1 with a win. While sitting in the stands covering the game, the lack of atmosphere got me thinking; what basketball teams enjoy the best home-court advantage?
